With over 15 years of experience in the live events industry, I have managed and designed experiences that brought together audiences, brands, and stories across Brazil, the UAE, and beyond. My work spanned creative direction and logistical coordination, leading multidisciplinary teams, aligning stakeholder goals, and delivering immersive environments that were both strategic and culturally grounded. Whether for corporate clients or large public initiatives, I approached each project as a communication opportunity—designing space, flow, and interaction to resonate meaningfully with people in their specific context.

Some of the most formative chapters of this work include leading brand experience initiatives during the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, where I collaborated with global clients to shape high-impact environments amid the energy and complexity of a world event. While living in Abu Dhabi, I worked with government agencies to deliver cultural programming for the inaugural Formula 1 Grand Prix, an experience that deepened my understanding of protocol, nuance, and respectful cross-cultural collaboration. These projects, along with many others, shaped my belief that live events are more than moments in time—they are intentional, embodied forms of communication that invite connection, reflection, and participation.
